This programme is designed to improve individuals with basic digital confidence and employability skills. The course itself covers the following elements: introduction to computers, navigating a desktop, getting online, email, mobile devices and apps, staying safe online, CV building, interview skills and applying for job vacancies.

In addition to the delivered course, we intend to provide access to a complimentary 12-month subscription to the ESI-UK CPD library, which contains over 100 digital learning courses, along with access to industry specific programmes, such as customer service, HR, sales, digital marketing, project management, etc.
