To restore, re-open the Grand Theatre adjoining the Frenchgate Centre in Centre of the Town not just as a theatre but also for sporting events, such as boxing, wrestling, which used to be in the Corn Exchange before the fire. Also music venue, conferences, etc., seating capacity will be 900/1000, original seating was 1,600. It is ideally situated adjoing the bus station, railway station, and large parking with 24 hour security.
