Alzheimer's Society

Alzheimer's Society supports people living with memory problems, dementia and their carers. We provide information, advice and guidance to help people live as well as they can. We support people to navigate the system to ensure that they are accessing all the support they are entitled to, most of all we offer a listening ear to those people that need it.
Our services are

• Pre-diagnosis support for people worried about memory loss
• Dementia Support for people with dementia who live alone
• Dementia Support for families who need information, advice and guidance
• Peer Support –Singing for the Brain and Memory cafes in the community (currently 5 groups across the borough of Doncaster)
