Supporting Parents of Teenagers
Parenting a teenager is sometimes challenging, you might find yourself feeling drained from sleepless nights filled with worries about your child's whereabouts, their friends, and their activities. It's easy to feel disheartened by unsuccessful attempts at communication, ongoing conflicts, and blatant defiance. Additionally, the mood swings, heightened emotions, and impulsive or reckless behaviours can add to the stress.
You are not alone; we have online resources available to support you but also additionally, you have the option to discuss any concerns you may have in person. Below is a list of the support available and how you can access it:
