Support for parents with teenage children is available over the Summer.
In Doncaster we understand that everyone at some point in their parenting journey will need some extra support and advice.
Parenting workshops, offer support to parents and carers in developing knowledge, confidence and skills that will help you build a strong family life and keep children and young people safe, happy and successful.
The workshops will cover issues around risk taking behaviour, brain development and relationships. They will also include the theory behind the Solihull Approach, Containment, Reciprocity and Behaviour management. There will be video clips and general discussion, questions, and answers etc. We will also be giving out handouts and signposting parents to relevant services, if appropriate.
