Sojourn Doncaster provides free community support to those affected by and/or experiencing the menopause transition through a variety of different services.
 
Menopause Empowerment Programmes (ME Programme) - A deeper look at all things menopausal delivered within your own community over 5/10 weeks.
 
Menopause Support Cafes:
Welcoming spaces to chat over a cuppa and a biscuit about all things menopausal!
 
Monday - Woodlands Library, Windmill Balk Lane, Woodlands, 6-7pm with a free yoga and mindfulness session afterwards tailored specifically for those experiencing menopausal symptoms
 
* We ask for a £2 voluntary donation to help cover costs for refreshments

Hot Flush Corner - Facebook Group
A private, invite only space for Doncaster 'Menopausers' to chat, connect, give/receive support and access evidence based information and resources.
 
Virtual Meno-Support Cafes:
Can't make it to a group? Not a problem! Join our virtual cafes and meet other 'menopausers' from across Doncaster. We will be joined by guest speakers including Health Professionals from a wide range of disciplines, our very own Life Performance Coach (Gillian Wood from Now See The Wood) and Outdoor practitioner (Angela Wright from Adventuring Angels) who will guide and provide you with the tools and strategies to manage the psychological and physical challenges of menopausing.
 
We also offer FREE webinars throughout the year.
 
You could also join us with our social and funding raising events or even get on board and become a Volunteer Meno-Buddy at one of our Cafes!
