Supporting Independence

We want people with learning disabilities or Autistic Spectrum Disorder in Doncaster to gain and maintain their independence. This could be: finding the right sort of accommodation, securing paid or voluntary work, accessing community groups or improving their daily lives.

Community Activities in Doncaster

Luke is 25, and he has Autism.

He worked with a local job coach to find support employment in a restaurant and he is now a full-time Chef. At first,  his parents were in worried about Luke breaking into the world of work, he has flourished. He is now financially secure and his independence increases every day. His goal is to buy his own place.
